NEAT2EAT (N2E) will, in partnership with Matrix Trust, offer education, training, and apprenticeships supported by Guildford College part of Activate Learning.

This will include a “Triage” service for applicants and a placement program to assist our young adults in securing employment when the time is right. One to One mentoring will be provided to help our employees gain confidence, have someone to chat their issues through with and provide wise council, for guidance.
