By Community for Community - A “Not for Profit” Social Enterprise (which simply means we are here to invest in and build our Community) by employing, empowering and educating young adults that are currently unemployed, at risk of unemployment, not in education or training.

Our Mission

We are focusing on helping our Youth (primarily 18 to 24 year olds) by offering apprenticeships and/or employment in our Cafes, Kitchens and Bakeries, enabling them to learn and obtain experience and gain qualifications, during their time with us. Our experienced Management and Chefs will support and train our Young folk whilst making tasty coffee and scrumptious cakes and meals.

Some of our Core aims are as follows:

  • Transforming lives, through opportunity and skill building;
  • Providing education and employment;
  • Providing life skills and Building personal self-worth and confidence;
  • Proving quality training and good qualifications tailored to the individual;
  • Giving hope and support, whilst reducing social hardship;
  • Reducing poverty and addressing unemployment;
  • Building self-reliance and money skills;
  • Providing resources and manpower to support Foodwise.

N2E is a subsidiary of Foodwise (TLC) Limited a Christian based charity which N2E will support by cooking the meals used in COVID19 relief and Holiday Hunger; our staff will help teach on courses where possible, staff events and provide practical assistance and experience on healthy nutritional food, course recipes and provisions of meals at Christmas. All Foodwise meals are provided free to families impacted by food insecurity, job loss or the pandemic.
